Our platform may provide screening reports for consumers and for landlords or property managers (referred to in the industry as End Users). By participating in these reports, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Landlord / End User consent - Landlords and property managers acting as End Users must provide consent for their information to be collected and used for screening purposes, including acknowledgment of FCRA compliance.
2. Consumer Consent - Consumers must agree to be screened and allow sharing of relevant information with authorized parties.
3. Accuracy of Information - Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. Verify is not liable for inaccuracies submitted by users.

5. Limitation of Liability

Verify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Security

We implement reasonable measures to protect your data, including encryption during transmission and storage. API keys and secrets are managed securely and are not hard-coded.
