No. Vairfy utilizes a Soft Credit Inquiry. This allows landlords to see your full credit capability without the inquiry ever lowering your credit score, no matter how many times you share your report.
Your Vairfy profile includes a verified credit score and full report via Experian, a nationwide criminal and eviction scan, and biometric identity confirmation.
This is our Biometric Identity Match. It ensures that the person applying is the actual owner of the government ID provided. It's a security feature that prevents identity theft and ensures your sensitive data is never used by anyone else.
We securely connect directly to your bank account via Plaid, which is a secure intermediary trusted and used by over 150 million Americans daily. This provides a Direct-Source Verification that is far more trusted by landlords. You can also elect to upload your bank statements via PDF.
No. Landlords never see your individual transactions or account numbers. They only see an Income Stability Certificate that confirms your average monthly earnings and your ability to cover the rent.
Yes! You pay once for the application and are able to share it with other agents and landlords for 30 days. Other basic screening applications charge you extra fees in order to share your application with other property owners.
Yes. You have full transparency. You can view your entire Vairfy profile before sending it to a single landlord, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
Vairfy provides an integrated Dispute Suite. If you find an error in your criminal or eviction history, you can contact connect@vairfy.com and we will reach out to the credit bureau on your behalf.
From your dashboard, click "Share Access." You can enter a landlord's email or generate a secure link for an agent. The landlord or agent that you send it to will have to go through a 30-second verification so we know who is looking at your personal information.
No. We use End-to-End Encryption. Your SSN is passed directly to the credit bureau for the report pull and is never stored on our local servers, significantly reducing your risk of data breaches.
Your status expires to protect your privacy. If you are still searching, you would have to apply again in order to pull the most current data and extend your access for another 30 days.
No. Every individual that will be living in the property over the age of 18 will have to submit his or her own application.
